Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diana's Candles and Soaps. Everything we make is handmade in small batches, so please read this before you order.

Returns
We're not able to accept returns. Our candles and soaps are handmade, and bath and body products can't be reused once they've been opened or used.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund your original payment method. Once an order is on its way, we can't cancel it.

Problems with your order
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, please email us with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
