Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Diana's Candles and Soaps. Everything we make is handmade, so here is what to expect after you order.

Processing time
Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. We make and pack each order with care.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you choose. Free standard shipping may be available on some orders, and checkout will show it if so.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take a little while to update after you receive it.

Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to fix it, email us as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us right away. We may be able to help before your order ships, but once it's on its way we can't change it. If we cancel an order before it ships, we'll refund it to your original payment method.

Lost, damaged, or late packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or late, email us and we'll help you work with the carrier.
